So it appears that all the problems may be stemming from the "Extra TiC" textures pack that i am running along side metallurgy, it appears that everything works fine even the other mods that i didnt think worked now will all work perfectly with no fps issues when i take Extra TiC out of my textures pack, it appears to be interfacing with the other textures improperly or something and causing many of my textures to appear black and messed up which in turn appears to be causing the fps issue, but it seems that this only happens when extra tic is in the textures pack along with at least one of the 3 other mods i was having issues with: Metallurgy, Pamharvestcraft or Magical Crops, which caused the problem to only occur when i placed metallurgy back into the texture pack it made it appear that metallurgy was the issue and disguised the real problem.
